TransFlect does not sell or share your personal data.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration, or for cross-context behavioural advertising.
This notice is provided to California residents in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). It also serves as a general statement of our practices for all users worldwide.
On the TransFlect website, we collect a limited set of personal information when you join our waitlist:

TransFlect does not sell your personal information, and we do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
Because we do not engage in the sale or sharing of personal information, there is no opt-out you need to submit. This page exists to make our position transparent and to comply with the disclosure obligations of the CCPA/CPRA.

To request access to or deletion of your personal information, email privacy@transflect.com with the subject “California Privacy Request”. We will respond within 45 days, with the possibility of a 45-day extension where reasonably necessary.
You may also designate an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require written authorisation and verification of identity before processing such requests.
